The boys had a fantastic day at Epping Forest today!
They thoroughly enjoyed investigating terrestrial invertebrates using a combination of techniques such as log rolling and grass sweeping. The boys also investigated aquatic invertebrates through pond dipping. They were able to identify invertebrates, discuss what microhabitats are and analyse food chains.
